For years Subway offered their customers a card from their “Sub Club”. Customers could receive a stamp for every sandwich that they purchased. When they had so many stamps, they could cash it in and get a free sandwich. This was also employed for children. For every children meal that was purchased, you would get a stamp. When you got eight stamps, you could cash that card in for a free kids meal.

Due to fraud, the “Sub Club” was discontinued in late 2005. However, there is still a rewards program for Subway customers. If you participate in the Subway Rewards Card, you can earn points for free food and sandwiches. Each dollar that you spend will earn you a point on your card. When you have 50 points, you can cash your points in for a free six-inch sandwich.

When you have 75 points on your card, you can cash those points in for a free twelve-inch sandwich. This gives customers a great alternative to the “Sub Club” because of the digital card. If your card is stolen or lost, the cashiers can look up how many points you have and issue you a new card.
